Message from Mrs. O’ Leary

My greatest blessing everyday is that I have the joyful job of working with the Kindergarten students and their parents.  Working at Saint Anthony of Padua School, I’m also very privileged and blessed to work with our pastor Father Justin, our Principal Mr. Perry, our teachers (homeroom and specialists) , our Educational Assistants, our office Administration, our PEC and custodians.

I’m honoured to be part of Saint Anthony of Padua School, a school that provides excellence in Catholic education and develops Christ-centered young people who desire to transform society.

God Bless,

Mrs.O’Leary

Message from Mrs. Jones

Welcome to Kindergarten at St. Anthony of Padua School! The EAs and I look forward to partnering with you as we help your child grow and learn this year.

In Kindergarten, I integrate a lot of music, play, and hands-on learning in our lessons. Young children are naturally full of wonder and curiosity, and we seek to encourage that posture in students as they begin to explore the world.

Along with all of the other Kindergarten subjects, students are immersed in a Catholic environment. In addition to time spent in prayer, Scripture readings, and CGS, our faith permeates all subjects and areas of learning.

Grace and Courtesy is also a large emphasis in Kindergarten. Students are taught how to develop the virtues and show manners in their interactions with others. Every month, we discuss a different virtue as a school, and consider what it looks like in our lives.

You may reach me at [email protected]. I look forward to a great year of learning with this year’s class!

Warmly,
Mrs. Jones
