DRESS CODE – Students are reminded that their presentation is representative of Saint Anthony of Padua School and our Catholic values. This includes non-uniform days (dress up days) and field trips where students are off site.
- Skirts: Must be of reasonable length (to the knee). For the sake of modesty girls are to wear the navy blue gym shorts under their skirts. Non-school shorts are not permitted.
- Hair: Students are not permitted to dye, colour, bleach, highlight or streak their hair. Hair is to be neatly styled and natural in colour. All hair ornaments must be in school colours. Boys’ hair to be well-groomed and of moderate length, not below the shirt collar.
- Jewellery: Not permitted with the uniform. Girls may wear simple earring studs. Boys are not permitted to wear earrings of any kind.
- Shoes: Black dress shoes only. Closed toe with heels 5cm or less. Plain black runners are permitted.
- Summer uniform: Only worn after Easter until October 31st. The tie is not worn with the golf shirt.
Girls Uniform:
Primary Girls (Grades K-3)
- Prescribed navy blue pleated tunic with an angled neck bib top or
- Prescribed navy blue pleated skirt
- White dress shirt
- Navy blue cardigan or pullover with school logo
- Navy blue socks, stockings, or leggings
- Navy blue or black dress shoes (low cut dress shoes only), or all black runners
Intermediate Girls (Grade 4-7)
- Prescribed navy blue pleated skirt
- White dress shirt
- Navy blue cardigan with school logo
- Navy blue socks. stockings, or leggings
- Navy blue or black dress shoes (low cut dress shoes only), or all black runners
Boys Uniform:
- Navy blue dress pants (no cotton, rugby or jean style pants)
- White dress shirt (K to Grade 7)
- School tie (clip-on style recommended)
- Navy blue cardigan or pullover with school logo
- Navy blue socks
- Black dress shoes with non-marking soles, or all black runners
- Hair should be clean, tidy & reasonably short
Summer Uniform:
(Summer uniform may only be worn from after Easter to October 31)
- Prescribed golf shirts with school logo (all student)
- Prescribed navy blue dress shorts (boys)
- Prescribed navy blue skorts (girls)
- Navy blue socks
- Navy blue or black dress shoes with non-marking soles, or all black runners
Gym Uniform:
- Prescribed navy blue shorts with logo
- Prescribed T-shirt with school logo
- Prescribed sweatpants, sweatshirts, or Spirit Wear with school logo
- Runners with non-marking soles
