Grade Seven

Welcome to Grade Seven!

This is going to be a very fruitful and fun school year for St. Anthony of Padua School’s class of 2024. I am very excited for what God has in store for us all. 

Here are some of our most important goals for the year:

• To recognise the gifts that God has given each of us and look for ways to use them to serve Him and our neighbour
• To see ourselves and each other as God sees us and to develop a personal relationship with Jesus
• To become a classroom “family” who help each other to develop our virtues, to become holy
• To develop a love of learning and a sense of pride in our school work

We also have a lot of events and exciting activities scheduled:

• Gr. 7 Parent Meeting for Confirmation: Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 6:30 pm
• Spirit Day: Saturday, November 4, 2023
• Gr. 7 Outdoor Education at Camp Squeah: Wednesday-Friday, May 1-3, 2024
• Confirmation (TBA)
• Gr. 7 Promotion Ceremony (TBA)

The class team is looking forward to getting to know this year’s students and working with them to meet their goals for the year. Of course, we cannot achieve any success without the support of parents and other family members at home.
